Pathways To The Past

The purpose of this meditation is to find the roads that are within you that can lead you to lives that you have
lived in the past. By touching upon those lives, you gain knowledge of those lives, which can help you
understand the patterns that you seem to repeat in this life that you are living now.

Become comfortable and relax. Sit with both your feet upon earth. Breath in through your nose. Breath out
through your mouth. As you breath in, breath in life and love. As you breath out, see all the negativity, the
aches, and the pains, leave your body.

If you are drawn to water, see your feet in the sand with the ocean just covering them. If you are drawn to
earth, see your feet covered by the soil of the earth. If you are drawn to air, see your feet covered by the
clouds. If you are drawn to fire, see lava covering your feet. This opens you to receiving the Love and Healing
from Mother Earth and it puts that rod of energy between your physical consciousness and higher
consciousness so that you can retain the memory, knowledge that your experience during this meditation.

Feel yourself becoming lighter, more in touch with who you are. More in tune, not just with your physical, but
also with your energetic and your emotional bodies. As you continue to breath, you will feel yourself becoming
lighter and more at peace, and become aware of the sound within you. Begin to feel your heart beat, beating
away inside of you.

This is going to be a journey inside. You are going to walk the paths that sit within you. So you can touch a
time and a place that came before where you are at now. How you find this place is by listening to your heart,
listening to the sound of your heart beating, let that fill your awareness, let yourself ride that wave, of that
vibration. Feel yourself becoming centered in that sound, in that vibration. Become aware of it flowing from
you, so you are the center of your heartbeat. Feel that vibration moving out to your entire body, so that you
are aware of every part of you in an instant.

Now turn your focus into yourself so you are looking within the center of you. Become aware of walkways
branching off into all the directions in front of you. Each walkway represents a past and a place you have
been. Feel yourself being pulled to one particular path. Let yourself float over to it, become familiar with its
feel, its vibration, its energy. Let that flow over you till you feel in tune with that. Let yourself step onto that
walkway. Become aware of all the sights and all the sounds that are around you as you begin to walk. Notice
what the ground looks like underneath your feet. When you look up, you can see whether it’s day or night, the
color of the sky. Whether it’s warm or cold. Become aware of any buildings that are on either side of the
walkway. As you are traveling through this place, do you recognize anything? Can you read the writing on any
of the buildings? As you become more in tune with the vibration of this place, you will see the language shift so
that you can understand it. Become aware of any people around you; hear their sounds knowing that you can
understand the words that are being shared with you. Recognize those that are around you. Continue to walk
this path, seeing more, remembering more. Let the images flow into you. Know that this is a place that you
have spent time in a past. Let your feet guide you to where you lived and where you worked. The reasons
being of this place is to bring the knowledge and the history of it back with you, to tap into what you knew
and bring it forward. To see what gifts you had in that life, knowing that they still sit within you. And that
anything that you see touch and remember of this life, you bring back with you. You open the door to having
that knowledge flowing into you anytime you want and re-awakening the gifts you had in that life now in this
life.

Know that there is nothing to fear because any pain, any fears that were experienced in that time, you cannot
bring back with you because those are emotions from that life, not this one and you are past that point. All that
you will bring back with you is knowledge and wisdom and the gifts.

When you are ready to bring yourself back to this place, you can do so just by tapping into your sound and
that is also how you get yourself back to who you are, just by following your heartbeat, by hearing your
sound. It will bring you back to who you are in this time. What you bring with you, all that you’ve seen, all that
you remembered. Knowing that you’ve opened a door to what was hidden within you. You get to see it, the
light that was inside, that is now awakened. Now you can start to see anytime you look into a mirror. Feel
yourself coming back to your heart. Feel that love washing through and filling your consciousness and that as
you return to yourself, you do so feeling charged with energy feeling a little less stress, a little less anxiety, a
little less pressure because of all the things that have opened up with in you. Bring back with you all that you
saw, all that you experienced. Let yourself feel the light that sits within you and that when you are ready to
return to yourself, do so.
