Hearts Desire

The purpose of this meditation is to find the path to the center of your heart so that you can discover what
your true heart’s desire is. You will get to see the wishes and dreams that you have built up around your
heart, blocking your view to what your true desire is. This will help you to get past all those to get into the
center of your heart to find the true desire.
Become comfortable and relax. Sit with both your feet upon earth. Breath in through your nose. Breath
out through your mouth. As you breath in, breath in life and love. As you breath out, see all the negativity,
the aches, and the pains, leave your body.
If you are drawn to water, see your feet in the sand with the ocean just covering them. If you are drawn to
earth, see your feet covered by the soil of the earth. If you are drawn to air, see your feet covered by the
clouds. If you are drawn to fire, see lava covering your feet. This opens you to receiving the Love and
Healing from Mother Earth and it puts that rod of energy between your physical consciousness and higher
consciousness so that you can retain the memory, knowledge that your experience during this meditation.
As you continue to breath, feel the anxieties leave you, let your fears go. Feel yourself becoming more
relaxed, more at peace. Place your crystal on your heart. And just continue to breath. Let your hand feel
the energy and it flowing into the crystal, being fed by your heart. Let yourself become aware of how
amplified your sound is through your crystal. Let this fill your awareness. Feel your whole being coming
into focus in this sound. Let your awareness flow into the crystal, see what sits there, what images, what
sounds, what smells and what emotions. Let it all wash into you. Let yourself open to the crystal you hold.
All the while feeling your heartbeat all around you, because of the amplification you can see the heartbeat
bouncing within the crystal and everyplace it touches, you see it bringing light within the crystal. You see
the information that sits there, the history that it holds for you, the answers there. You look for it coming to
light, every place your heartbeat touches. Let your awareness flow down through the crystal and into your
heart, following that beat of light. Traveling deep into your heart. As you’re swimming along following that
light of your heartbeat to the source that sits within your heart. You see it before you in its true divine light.
The center of what you are in your heart. Let that sight fill your awareness, let it sweep over you, feeling
no fear, no anxieties. Feel yourself being lifted in joy, as this pure light flows over you and feel comfortable
within yourself. Step into this light so that you stand in the center of all that you are within your heart.
From this place, anywhere you look you can see what sits within your heart and through that, into your
soul. You can see all the wishes and dreams that you have placed around your heart, but from this
vantage point, you can see what your heart truly desires. What the soul truly wants. Let that knowledge fill
your awareness, let the vibration of what it is fill your consciousness. Whether it is another person, another
love, or abundance or a home or total joy, let the knowledge of that vibration fill you. Know that you can
bring that knowledge to your physical consciousness so that when you come back to yourself you will be
able to see who or what it is in the physical world. Know that you will no longer be blinded by what it is
when it steps into your life. And as you feel this divine light flowing through you, you can feel it washing
away whatever blocks that sit within you. You can see yourself taking a shower in this light and scrubbing
away years of judgment, of limitations, and of blocks. And you can feel yourself becoming lighter with
each layer of dirt that washes away from you. So you can see your own light, your own divineness and
the pureness of love that sits within you that you hold for yourself and for anyone that is able to see and
recognize it. Know that you will only draw to you those that are of the same light from their heart. And
you will accept none others to be in your life. Continue to let your awareness to fill with what the desire is
of your heart. Let that knowledge infuse every cell of your being.
See yourself stepping out of this shower of light; moving out of the center of your heart so that you can
see all that sits within your heart. But now you’re looking through eyes that no longer have filters in place.
You feel the lightness in your step, but now you have the knowledge of your true desire of everywhere
you step within your heart. You’re feeling the play, the lightness and the healing that surrounds you. As
you begin your journey back out of your heart and let your awareness fill with the sound of your
heartbeat. Notice how it sounds a little different now. It has more depth to it, because you are more in
touch with it and in touch with you.
Feel your awareness flowing back into the crystal and take the time to look around because now you are
seeing with more eyes, with more insight and let all that fill your awareness. As you flow back into your
hands, bringing back with you the knowledge, the images, all the insight that you gained from within you
and from within the crystal you bring back to your physical self. When you return to yourself, you do so
feeling lighter, bouncier, and more playful because you know more about you now than you did a moment
ago and it’s a true knowing.
When you are ready to return to yourself, do so feeling changed and enlightened, feeling the love from
within your heart.
