Special Place in Nature

This is something I experience on August 2nd, 2002 while I was doing the real work on healing and
opening my heart. This will hopefully help you find a place in nature that you can connect to and feel safe
enough in to begin the opening within your own heart.
I’m sitting here on the beach watching the sunrise. There is no one close by. I watch two people go into the
ocean on their way to do a scuba dive. The ocean is perfectly flat and calm. The water is warm and has
helped to cleanse not just my body, but my soul as well. I feel the peace of this, the rightness of it. The
emotional, physical me feel the part, or person that is missing, but the higher me is swimming in the healing
that is currently taking place. I know that the days of experiencing these things alone are quickly coming to
an end.
The sky has a haze to it, which the sun is quickly burning off, just like what I have felt in my heart. I am
allowing this whole scene to help me to release what is no longer needed or wanted within me, on all levels,
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I am allowing my True Heart, my True Soul, my True Self to open
up and shine upon the world. I am putting it on display for the entire world to see, not hiding any of it. For,
in truly being open, can I truly be happy and truly do the work that I came here to do.
There is a peace and understanding that this scene, this place, this moment is bringing to me and out in me.
It is liberating!
I can feel the energy and the life of the nature here. This is easy because no one else is around. I can hear
Mother Earth calling to me, giving me her true, pure love, wrapping me in a blanket of her energy. I can
hear the call of the ocean and feel the cleansing and healing energies that it is sending me and surrounding
me in. I feel the all-encompassing love that the ocean baths me in. With all of this, how can a person not be
fulfilled and content to have and continue to experience this touching with nature! This is truly awesome and
I understand that I have to experience this for myself first, before I could share this with others, or with just
one. If another were here with me, I would be trying to help them, heal them. I would be listening to them
instead of listening to Mother Earth and the Ocean.
This is shining the light on all the emotions within me. The emotions that I am aware of, and those that are
buried within my heart. I am allowing all of them to come out. To come back into the light and to be given
back to the ocean, given in love and let go of in love. This will allow my heart to truly be open for all in the
world. To give freely of and from my heart.
Being in the ocean, I can feel a connection to all the places that I have been, through the water, I feel
myself being transported to Greece, while I’m in the water. I can feel and see the landscape changing
around me to my being on the island. To seeing the rock formations around me, to feeling the energies of
that place. I can feel it calling to me wanting me there to share my energies with that place and with the
people there.
Looking out at the calm, flat surface of the ocean, how can one not see and feel the beauty and the life that
is here for us to enjoy. This is how it was meant for us to experience true life and harmony with nature and
ourselves. This is something for all.
