Manifestation Meditation

This is a meditation that is for helping to open up your ability to manifest. We have the knowing that we create
our own reality. We have the ability within us to bring into our lives whatever we truly need and want. The
secret is not to see it as a want or need, but to see it already in our possession. If you are always putting out
there that you need or want, than you are creating that reality. Seeing it already in your hand creates that
reality. Realize that you are trying to reprogram a lifetime of thinking and speaking, so don’t be hard on
yourself in the beginning. It doesn’t matter if you don’t believe what you are thinking and saying, the idea is to
shift how you think and speak. Pretty soon, you will only think and speak in abundance, no matter what it may
be whether it’s love, money, job.
We have set up in our physical lives the clues on how to manifest and create. Women are able to naturally
manifest they are the life givers. To do this, a male and female have to come together and give a part of
themselves to create something new. The same is true in manifesting or creating anything that you want. You
have to combine a part of your male energy and a part of your female energy to create a new energy, what
you are trying to manifest. The intent that you have going into manifesting your desire will also have a lot to do
with how quickly you can bring this manifestation into your life. The intent must come from your heart.
To begin, relax and get comfortable. Think of a desire, a wish thought happening that you would like to create
in your life. It can be an idea, an emotion, or something physical. When you breathe in, do so through your
nose. When you breathe out, do so through your mouth. As you breath in, feel the life, love and light flowing
into you with your breath. As you breathe out, release any anxiety, any pain, any fears that you may have.
As you feel yourself getting lighter, make sure that you Ground yourself. If you are a person that is drawn to
water, the ocean, see your feet buried in the sand and see that covered by the water of the ocean. If you are a
person drawn to nature, the forest, see your feet buried by the soil of the earth. If you are a person drawn to
the sky, to air, see your feet covered by clouds. If you are a person drawn to strong emotions, to fire, see
your feet covered by lava. This will Ground you. It will form the connection to the earth and between your
physical consciousness and your higher consciousness.
As you feel yourself totally relaxed, totally light, place a hand upon your heart. Feel the beating of your heart.
Feel the energy, the warmth of your heart. Become aware of a pure light flowing out of your heart. Feel it
flowing through your entire body. Follow it as it travels through your body, back into your heart completing a
circle of light and love.
Focus your attention back into your heart. In it’s center, become aware of a place, of a chamber. On one
side, see and feel your male energy. Feel its strength become familiar with this vibration. On the other side, see
and feel your female energy. Feel its strength become familiar with this vibration. In times past, you would not
be aware of a space or separation between the two energies. Now, you do and you are working to
reconnecting the two together eventually bringing them fully back in touch with each other. For now, this is just
a start. Some may see lines of light energy connections between the two already. Others may not. This shows
you where you are as far as how balanced you are between your male and female halves. Now, from
whichever half of you that you feel is stronger, more dominant, see a small ball of energy coming from the main
body of that energy. See it stop moving halfway between your male energy and female energy. See the line of
energy that connects the ball to the main body of energy. Now, see an equal size ball of energy coming from
the other half of your male or female energy. This has the same kind of connection to the main body of energy.
This ball stops in front of the other ball of energy. From your heart feed love and light into your two halves and
through them into the lines of energy that are connected to the balls. See this energy filling the balls with what
you desired or wished for. See the two balls starting to come together, combining with each other and
becoming one. See it taking on a new shape and color. See it being released from the lines of energy in a burst
of light and love. Follow this new creation, this new life as it flows out of your heart, out into the universe.
Release it with light and love, knowing that it is going off to make real what it was that you put into motion
with its creation.
Bring your attention back into your heart. Where the two balls once were, you now see a solid line of energy
connecting your male energy to your female energy. This connection cannot be broken. As you do this more
often, more lines of energy will form and connect your two halves together. This will help to create a constant
flow within your heart between your two halves. This is so that they will come to be in harmony with each
other and you will find that you will have less need in your life because of your increasing ability to manifest
whatever is needed as long as the intent is coming from your heart.
When you are ready to return to your physical body, do so feeling fully refreshed and charged with new
energy and new life. Bring back with you the full memory of all that you saw and experienced.
