Healing Your Heart

The following is an excerpt taken from a channeled class on Healing Your Heart.
Are you ready for love? Would you like to know how to love?
Would it surprise you to know that there are many levels to your heart and that they are limitless in the
number of levels and depths? The path to finding and touching your true soul is through your heart.
Your heart is the doorway to your soul. Before you can Consciously Love another, you first must have
Conscious Love for yourself. The dolphins are here to illuminate the path for you. They are the living
embodiment of Conscious Love. They live it everyday by being in Pure Love and Pure Play in all the
things that they do. You are all at the brink of fully opening your hearts.
Did you know that when you are living with your heart fully open, that you could never truly be hurt.
This is the power of Pure Love and Pure Play.
Here is one small exercise to start the opening of your heart. We ask that you get comfortable, relax
and breathe in deeply. Take your hand and place it on your heart. It does not matter which hand you
use it can be either one. Allow yourself to float. As you continue to breathe in, breathe in life and love.
Breathing out, push away all that is negative, all that is unneeded by you.
As you float there, feel the beating of your heart underneath your hand. Allow that sound to vibrate
through your hand, into your arm, up into your shoulders and head. Follow that vibration down into
your chest, stomach, and your legs and into your feet. Notice the beating sensation at the soles of
your feet and become aware of the same heartbeat coming from the earth. That is Mother Earth giving
you life and love. Feel this rhythm throughout your whole being. Feel the heat of life and love that sits
within your heart. As you bring attention to it, you will feel it expand. The light within your heart will
grow and shine brighter to fill your body. This light is the purity of love that is within your heart. Feel
this light beginning to melt away the doors that you have built up around your heart. You thought that
you were protecting your heart, but all it has done is kept your heart enclosed and unable to touch the
universe. Allow this energy to pass throughout your entire body. Know that when you are touching
your heart in this way, you are hearing the sound of your heart. This sound is the key to unlock the
door to your heart.
You can live your life with your heart truly open. This is what you are all striving for. This will allow the
light within your heart to be felt and seen by all those around you. This will help trigger them into
opening their hearts.
When you are ready to return from this state, do so feeling fully refreshed and loved. We leave you
